  • Do You Install?

    No we do not.  We can give you a list of installers for you to interview and review.

  • Do You Do Field Measurements?

    Yes we do. 

  • Is There A Charge To Go Measure A Door?

    Yes, there is a $65.00 fee that will be credited to your order should you proceed to order the door with us.

  • Until What Time Can We Pick Up Material?

    Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

  • Do You Accept Credit Cards?

    Yes. We accept all major credit cards.

  • Do You Accept Telephone Orders?

    Yes, we will take telephone orders, but will need to email a copy of all specifications and need them signed and returned to us before we begin production on any order.

  • Do You Make Aluminum Doors?

    We can special order aluminum doors.

  • Do You Deliver?

    Yes, we deliver. The charge will be dependent on if a minimum order is met and will be calculated by round trip millage. We ONLY do curb side delivery.

  • Do You Paint, Finish, Or Stain Doors?

    No we do not.  

  • Do You Export?

    Yes, we export.  Please call us for more details.

  • Can A Special Ordered Material Be Returned Or Canceled?

    A special order that has been produced cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun. Any special ordered item such as a lock or accessory may be returned in its original packaging.  A restocking fee and shipping charges may be applicable if the manufacture requires it.

  • When Should I See A Credit On A Returned Item?

    Credit will be issued upon our receipt of credit from the manufacturer.

  • Can I Receive Cash Back For A Credit Card Purchase?

    All refunds will be returned to the original tender used for the purchase.

  • How Much Of A Deposit Is Required?

    Any order which is custom made requires 100% payment upon ordering.

  • Do You Accept Checks?

    Yes, checks are accepted.  Name of account holder must be printed on the check.

  • What Warranties Are Provided?

    Warranties on workmanship are extended by Nachon Lumber.  All other warranties written and expressed are extended by the manufacturer of each product. Warranties are limited to the replacement of the product and do not include labor, paint, installation or transportation.

  • Does The Warranty Cover Re Installation Of A Defective Product?

    No. The product will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer's discretion.  No manufacturer warranty covers labor including installation or paint.

  • What Can Affect Warranty Of Doors? 

    All doors, moulding or wood work MUST BE sealed and painted on all sides within 24 hours of receipt at the job site.  Warranties are voided should these conditions not be met.

  • How Long Will An Order Be Stored If I Cannot Pick It Up Immediately?

    An order will be stored for 30 days after completion.  After this, there will be a 100.00/month storage fee for the next 60 days.  After 90 days from completion date of order, any material not picked up will be sent to salvage.

  • Will I Be Notified When My Order Is Ready?

    Yes. You will be called when order is ready for pick up.

  • Can I Pick Up An Order Without An Invoice/Receipt?

    Yes, as long as you have sufficient proof of identity or permission from original purchaser.

  • How Do I Identify My Order? 

    Your order will be under your name.  Please make sure that the name given when inquiring is the name given at the time of purchase.  You may also give the order or invoice number on your receipt.
